My name is Charlie Fessenden, and I am the proud founder of POWR Fitness. At POWR Fitness, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their best selves through research-based and scientifically-backed training programs. With a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Physiology, specializing in Biomechanics, Endocrinology, and Exercise Physiology, I bring a comprehensive understanding of physiology, physics, hormonal balance, and exercise science to help you reach your fitness goals.

I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I hold a USAW Level 1 Olympic certification. With over 16 years of weight training experience and 7 years as a professional personal trainer, as well as gym management experience on both small and large scales, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from elite professional athletes to everyday hardworking individuals. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the human body and how it responds to exercise, allowing me to create personalized programs tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
